Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75: a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay (currently $8.50 to $9.00, depending on the items in your order).
Processing and delivery times
Many of our products are handmade in small batches by independent makers in the United States and are shipped directly from their workshops. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the maker. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
In total, most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days after you place your order. If your order contains items from different makers, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen, for example during holidays or due to weather. If we become aware that your order will be significantly delayed, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at justus.velvoria@gmail.com and we will help you right away.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately; once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
