These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on velvoriahome.shop. The store is operated by Velvoria, a business registered in Germany. Our full legal details are listed in our Legal Notice. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

We currently sell and ship to customers in the contiguous United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and prices

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade or natural products (for example wood or seagrass) may vary slightly in grain, shape and color.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout.

3. How your order becomes a contract

Our product pages are not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; in that case you will receive a full refund of any amount already charged.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed by our payment providers when you place your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, please contact us as set out in our Refund Policy and we will replace it or refund you. Any statutory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Velvoria or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
